Dr. Kent Banks MD

With more than 24 years of clinical medical experience in primary care and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Banks is a Co-Founder and Medical Director of MD ESTHETICS and a nationally recognized authority in non-surgical facial and skin rejuvenation.

His expertise in the field has led him to become an Allergan-appointed lecturer and trainer of physicians in cosmetic medicine techniques across Canada. Leveraging his advanced techniques, Dr. Banks developed the non-surgical facelift, VolumaLift, together with Dr. Milkovich.

Dr. Daniel Milkovich MD

This Albertan beauty and Martha Stewart-crafter is our leader amongst leaders and a true visionary. An integral member of the team since MD ESTHETICS’ inception, Jessica leads with grace, a deep-seeded respect for her team, and an ample ounce of humour.

The queen of playfulness, Jess keeps the office laughing, teaching us all that achieving goals can be fun as well as rewarding. She oversees all angles of the business, including administration, HR and marketing – as well as handyman and counselor when needed! Mother to a daughter and fur-child, she is an avid runner and reader.
